Judith & Constantin at Doble Ocho Festival 2012

I’m very happy to an­nounce that Ju­dith and me will be teach­ing and per­form­ing at this year’s Doble Ocho fest­ival in Nijme­gen, NL. Doble Ocho is a unique event: It has a clas­sical frame­work con­sist­ing of work­shops by in­ter­na­tion­ally renowened teach­ers as well as mi­longa nights and cafés with DJs well-known for their skill­fully craf­ted sets. On the other hand cre­ativ­ity and mu­sic is just as much an in­teg­ral part of the fest­ival of­fer­ing con­certs, tango jam ses­sions, and the doble ocho con­curso com­pos­i­tion com­pet­i­tion. This all takes place  in a dis­tin­guished but also very so­ci­able at­mo­sphere. Ju­dith and me have already been part of the 2009 edi­tion and gladly re­turn this year. Read more »

Leaders’ technique workshops in Berlin Nov./Dec. 2011

If you are a tango leader and in­ter­ested in learn­ing more about the qual­it­ies of both roles, these work­shops are for you. We will prac­tise both the follower’s and the leader’s role with each other to gain a com­pre­hens­ive un­der­stand­ing of  ba­sic ele­ments. All levels of ex­per­i­ence are wel­come.
